roasted corn

couldn't resist diving into the much-anticipated corn....

just lightly steamed and then pan roasted just until hot...lightly brushed it with olive oil and sprinkled with basil

it was so sweet...probably didn't even need the embellisment...but the basil was a nice complement...

did anyone out there do anything interesting with the corn?? please let us hear from you!
